– He has been closely involved in guiding clients in establishing overseas operations, international taxation issues and is well conversant with Transfer Pricing laws.

– Akhil is an Economics Graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and trained with Price Waterhouse Coopers for three years before joining JC Bhalla & Co. He currently serves as the strategic advisor for Enablizer.

Mr. Gaurav Dhawan, with a proven record in Consulting and Outsourcing has led large transformation programs, enabled transitions, improved stability, helped in reducing costs and promoting innovation for lot of clients across Banking, Financial services, Real estate, FMCG, Hospitality, Manufacturing sectors across India, Middle East, USA & UK.

Mr. Pradeep Kain has 2 decades experience at various roles/ levels in different entities, serving clients across the globe.

– Served as Vice President Finance, & played a significant role in favourable realignment of profits & taxes, negotiations with bankers & lenders, restructuring, strengthening of treasury & reporting functions etc.

– Having worked closely for over a decade with accounting firms based in North America, United Kingdom & Australia in international accounting and taxation domains.

– With focus on serving corporate business houses, groups of entities & HNIs Pradeep has continuously helped in improving process efficiencies, reinforced client confidence & ensure seamless delivery of work for clients.

He is currently the service delivery lead and is responsible for managing the day to day execution and delivery and Quality Assurance across the firm.

Pankaj Kumar has rich experience of more than 20 years in Foreign tax advisory, accounting, compliances and audit services for domestic and foreign companies.

– His expertise is in validating applicability, compliances and assessments related to Corporate Tax / Withholding Tax / Goods and Services Tax / Value Added Tax / Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutée (TVA) / Sales and Use Tax/ Consumption Tax/ Business Tax / Commercial Rent Tax / in many jurisdictions across the Globe including Singapore, United Kingdom, United States of America, France, Japan, Mauritius and Hong Kong etc. as applicable.

His proficiency in handling accounting, financial reporting (Ind AS / IGAAP / IFRS), He is having exposure for providing services to leading companies in the field of Telecommunication, Energy, Software, Hospitality, Insurance, Infrastructure, automobile etc.

– Divya Bhalla has rich experience of more than 20 years in the field of Human Resources and Location Advisory for offshore companies.

– She has worked in the field of BPO advisory at Hewitt associates where she was working with World Bank Projects for setting up BPOs in Ghana and the Dominican Republic. She was involved in setting up of Global shared service centers for HR for multinational Indian Companies.

– She has expertise in providing Soft skills training and Location analysis for companies looking to set up offshore operations in India in the field of Business Process Outsourcing.

– She has provided services to leading companies in telecommunication, government clients and international listed companies.
